Her Excellency, Dr. Abeer Bilbeisi joined Globcal International in 2013 as an advocate for endangered chelonians and their ever decreasing habitat. In 2011 she founded the Jordan Society for the Conservation of Turtles & Tortoises (JSCTT). Ambassador Bilbeisi is an active supporting member of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and is active in both social media and locally as a national conservation expert in the country of Jordan.
